Generally you are fully clothed, in some instances you may be asked to remove a layer. Privacy and a gown are always provided, but do tell your therapist if you feel uncomfortable about undressing.

The number and frequency of treatments will depend on:
If your therapist discovers or suspects a problem that required medical investigation or an xray you will be referred to your GP. Wherever possible we work in cooperation with your GP and midwife.
After your treatment
During a course of treatment most people feel physical changes as their body realigns. These may include a brief period of stiffness or tiredness, particularly after the first session, but more often a feeling of well being and relief.
Healing and structural change is a process that requires time, it is important to talk to your therapist if you feel worried about anything during or after your treatment.
Once your problem has been solved we recommend regular check ups to help ensure your body maintains a healthy balance in all aspects of its daily functioning.
